We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a busy high street.
Our entrance is step-free.
???? Shop Layout: Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shopfloor is fully wheelchair accessible as well as the first floor of the Spa.
Located Nearby – No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in St David's shopping centre located opposite.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.

Our shop includes a beautiful Lush Spa, located on the first floor and second floor. The first floor is accessible via lift and the second is accessed via stairs.
We have a spacious double treatment room with a bath, on the first floor and the heights of the massage couches are adjustable. We also have an accessible toilet for Spa Clients on this level.
