Board-certified gastroenterologist Leslie F. Seecoomar, MD, PC, takes a holistic and personalized approach to care at his practice on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York City.
With more than 25 years of gastroenterology experience, Dr. Seecoomar knows how important it is to connect with his patients. He always takes the time needed to get to know them. A thorough history and physical exam always precede treatment or additional testing. When appropriate, blood and stool tests are ordered. More advanced diagnostic tools such as upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, and various scans, such as ultrasound, CT scans, or MRI may be recommended as needed to get to the bottom of a particular problem or for a routine screening when appropriate.
