Tina Rebecca Counselling offers a safe, inclusive space for adults, children, and families. Rooted in a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-aware approach, I support clients with anxiety, childhood traumas, relationship difficulties, grief, identity, life transitions, and SEND needs. Sessions are tailored with empathy and care, using creative tools for children and a calm, validating space for adults. I also offer advocacy and consultancy for families and professionals. Flexible appointments include in-person, virtual, and home visits—ensuring support is accessible and responsive to your needs.
