Περιγραφή

Founded by Benjamin "AKNFit" Shoderu, an Active IQ certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Trainer, & Sports Coach. Of Nigerian heritage, I’m a born & bred East Londoner with a sporting background in Athletics, Football & more recently Combat Sports. I currently train and compete in MMA & Kickboxing, however I began my passion for sports & fitness from the young age of 10, training and competing in Athletics, eventually moving on to playing & coaching semi-professional football. Realising my passion for developing individuals and helping people reach their sporting & fitness goals, I combined this with my experience as a sports teacher to develop my career in fitness.
