This leads to disconnection to those around us. Every person can experience blind spots in the narrative they tell themselves, this creates challenges in our relationships with our "favorite people." I invite you, your partner, or children a safe space to reconnect with yourself and / or those around you. Together we will work collaboratively to develop strategies that promote healing, resilience, and personal growth which will increase peace in life.
