I reviewed, trained, and added controls to ensure our accounting process was accurate and complete. I created budgets that addressed variances and met the needs of the organizations I served. I completed cost analysis of opportunities to better forecast organizational needs and create new revenue streams. I even developed several schedules to allow for quick estimates of construction, grant budgets, and quality assurance to ensure we were meeting the mission.
